Outdoor Wilderness Instructor and Counselor Turned Commercial Leader (and Mom)

Shae brings 17 years of experience as a Commercial leader in the technology and healthcare space, working in startup and growth-stage companies, building teams, advising clients, and managing and coaching individuals. She draws on an additional 10 years in mental health counseling, group facilitation, team building, high and low ropes course facilitation, and wilderness therapy.

Shae has worked with a wide range of clients: Individuals and groups, Executive teams and Sales organizations, Physicians,  University Faculty, and adults and youth struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues.  

Shae believes in the power of the coaching conversation to motivate and transform and approaches her work with a foundation in psychological theory. She takes a strength-based perspective in partnering with clients as they work towards their growth goals. Areas of focus include:

Shae holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Flagler College and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
